Cooking Services:
I will prepare supportive milk-making meals brought to you at home. Meals can be frozen ahead or brought fresh. I can also do a full kitchen assessment so that you can remove any foods that give the baby colic or reflux symptoms. Also, I will show you which foods will best support you and your baby for total birth healing over the next months and years.
$400 for 5 meals (food costs not included)
